UNICAL DVC Academic Announces Closure of School Fees, Registration Portals for Stream B Students
The Office of the Deputy Vice-Chancellor, Academic, University of Calabar has announced the closure dates for school fees payment and course registration for Stream B students for the 2025/2026 academic session.
In a memo dated 24th June, 2026 and signed by Prof. Ekaette Enang, DVC Academic, the management stated that the School Fees Portal will close on Monday, 29th June, 2026, while the Registration Portal will close on Wednesday, 1st July, 2026.
According to the memo, Ref. No. UC/DVC.ACAD/001, the closure is to enable adequate preparation for the forthcoming examinations scheduled to commence on Monday, 13th July, 2026.
The DVC Academic strongly advised all Stream B students yet to complete their registration to do so before the stipulated deadlines. She emphasized that no extensions will be granted to any category of students after the portals close.
The memo was circulated to the Vice Chancellor, DVC Admin, DVC RL&C, Registrar, Deans, Directors, HODs, Student Union Government, Result Desk Officers, FZX/Zellence Manager, and all student platforms, with a note to ensure wide circulation.
Students are therefore urged to treat this notice with urgency and complete all financial and academic registration processes before the deadlines to avoid disruption to their examinations.
